7.0The location.... the staff... very spontaneous... caring... and always ready to make you feel welcome and at home......
− Well... the place is new.... still under a lot of construction... a fridge... kitchen.... utensil.... at least tea accessories... the rooms seem to be sharing a small geazer.. hot water runs out very quickly..... but under general... the place is very good.... keep it up....

− The overall condition of the accommodation was disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had not been properly cleaned; there were dead insects present, and a significant amount of dust throughout the room. Housekeeping services were not provided during the stay, as linen changes are apparently not conducted daily. Furthermore, based on the condition of the bedding, it appeared that the sheets may not have been changed following the departure of the previous guests. The property also presented several safety concerns. The flooring was uneven in certain areas, and the second-floor railing lacked adequate security measures, posing a potential risk—particularly for elderly guests such as my mother, who was accommodated on the upper level. In addition, the walls were extremely thin, offering very little sound insulation. Conversations and noise from neighboring rooms on the second floor could be heard clearly, which significantly affected privacy and comfort during our stay.

8.0I liked the location, it's easy to find the place and the rooms are good and a beautiful facility
− My room didn't have the the mirror, ghe TV didn't show the channels, no soap to wash hands neither a soap for showering. No kettle, no bottle water to drink. If these could be improved, the venue will be perfect
