Not so great an experience.
7.0Central to Trondheim.
− When we arrived it looked like "cleaned in a hurry". We just wanted to chill a couple of hours before going to town. The internet info was wrong, contacted the owner with no answer. So, we went to town. When we book we look for 'bathroom' and 'linnen' according to the description of this rental. We should have linnen and towels. None were present. Wrote a new note to owner, now ( around 23:00 ) owner replied with working internet credentials and that "towels are on request" but he would request right away. We waited until 00:30 for towels to arrive, they didn't. Owner promised them in the morning. To me, morning is between 6-8 so when we still had no response from the owner we washed, American style, and checked out. From me, no recommendations, it may have been a freak bad day. But we don't feel treated like "valued guests"

− Host contacted us in private and asked for extra money to check out late. Gave us a set price but decided to up the price when we arrived. No beddings for the sleeping sofa + it’s absolutely useless as you can only sleep on one side… as it’s broken on the other side..

Absolutely comfortable and clean
10.0The apartment was in perfect condition, very spacious, very clean and complete with all comforts. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed. WiFi was ok. The location is very convenient to the center and the supermarket (5 minutes walk). Not far away there is also a free car park recommended by the owner and for me who reached Trondheim by car from Italy, it was a considerable advantage. I really appreciated the support from the owner during checkin and checkout. I would say excellent value for money, I highly recommend it.

− It was a parhetic experience. Location is not. No WiFi, untidy, I did payment for 4 person but arrangement was for 2 persons.
