− Varias cosas a tener en cuenta , muchas escaleras para acceso de la vivienda y en la vivienda . Poca luz dentro de la casa pero sobre todo fuera en la terraza inexistente es cierto que hay muchos muchos mosquitos y la luz es peor pero las cenas nocturnas son una odisea a velas .otro capítulo fue la limpieza no tienen utensilios para mantener limpia la casa en tu estancia escoba, fregona etc está bien comprar cosas para fregar pero también eso ?? O nadie limpia … estuvimos 5 días !! Barbacoa carbón o gas pero ambas muy sucias no intentamos ni usarlas creo que es un punto a mejorar mucho .Las toallas de la casa tb necesitan ya renovación , no hay manteles .

Lovely villa, lovely Javea

The villa was very clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. It felt quite stylish and modern with comfortable beds and sofa. 3 large double rooms and 3 separate bathrooms was very handy. Very spacious inside and outside with sufficient parking for two cars. The pool was a bit bigger and deeper than we expected which was a bonus!

− Unfortunately the lighting isn’t great, inside and outside. The master bedroom doesn’t have a door, so a little lacking in privacy and darkness in the mornings - would benefit from at least a curtain. The pool has quite a few tiles missing, particularly on the steps and two of our group got not very nice cuts and grazes from it being rough, so something to be mindful of. We had a few other issues with the dishwasher being blocked on the first day, which we had to clean out ourselves and the cot we requested not being set up and then being broken when it was, which meant we had to stay in and wait for someone to come and replace. There is also only one set of keys available and no lock box, so if in a group, you have to plan who leaves last and who will be home first. No gas for the outdoor BBQ. Would benefit from a little more thought and TLC.

We hadden vooraf fijn contact over het ontvangst. Het huis heeft enorm veel ruimte & comfort. Fijne bedden, leuke ruimtes, schone badkamers. Buiten veel ruimte, veel zithoekjes. Een bbq die je mag gebruiken, evenals de wasmachine + droger. Locatie staat in een rustige buurt. 'S nachts heerlijk rustig. En met de auto op veel mooie spots gekomen.

− Misschien een kapstok ophangen in de ruimte met de 2 gelige stoelen.

Spacious villa with wonderful pool

Great villa, with only a short drive to supermarkets and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and sofa. The pool is so much larger than the photos show and wonderfully clean. The villa is a great place to relax as it’s in such a quiet neighbourhood, overall a wonderful place to stay.
