El.estudio es amplio y confortable con todo lo.que se necesita para una linda estadia en Berlim, con cafés , restaurantes y supermercado a muy poca distacia Renny fué gentil.y simpática

The property is clean, cosy and comfortable. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. We love this area and felt very welcomed by Renny when we arrived. The U-bahn is just outside so if there are days you don’t want to walk, this is really helpful. The REWE supermarket is 5 mins walk where you can get everything you need. Coffee shops, bakeries and delis are plentiful! This is our 3rd trip to the Mitte and will definitely be returning to this property!

The location was good , but to be honest there is such good transport networks in Berlin you can reach the key parts really quickly wherever you stay.

− 1 set of towels for a whole week. Garden area to the rear of the flat was untidy and had broken seating in it Noise from workmen early morning, I would have thought the owner would have been notified that the work would be taking place. Noise from neighbours above when using bathroom, you could hear every flushing noise. Light coming on into the flat at night from the courtyard, the curtains are too thin to block this out Small duvet for the bed it didn't stretch across the whole bed. Overall disappointing and definitely not good value for money.

− Soundproofing could be better as you can hear the neighbours. Not the hosts fault though as its an old building.

Goede studio. Goed bed. Locatie dichtbij Bernauerstrasse, waar De Muur heeft gestaan en de 'Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer' is; ook dichtbij halte tram 10. Redelijk rustige straat. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die snel reageert op berichtjes, je persoonlijk ontvangt bij de locatie en klaarstaat met adviezen.

− Badkamer is schoon, kan echter wel een opknapbeurt(je) gebruiken. Molton onder hoeslaken heeft echt plastic, wat bij warm weer niet prettig is. De kamers zijn wel wat gehorig.

A very interesting area of Berlin and the perfect place to stay.

Everything about the property was perfect for me. I chose it for its location close to a U-bahn station but it was exactly opposite the entrance: perfect. It's at the back section of the property so absolutely quiet. On the ground floor (but note 2 steps into property and 2 steps up when you get in, but after that it's all on one level). Large bathroom (with bath and washing machine). Kitchen area has 2 hob rings and a microwave, plus fridge. Table with 2 chairs, large double bed and comfy sofa. Lots of lamps, pictures and mirrors. Plenty of drawer space and hanging space. I was there in February and the weather was snowy and cold - but the apartment is lovely and warm. Loads of interesting shops and touristy things within walking distance (can recomment the Wall documentation centre just around the corner). No complicated check out instructions, either. Absoutely perfect for my week in Berlin.
