Charming Penthouse in Worthing - Sleeps 6

Very disappointed in the non reply to the issues we faced here.

− Someone locked the front main door during our stay meaning we couldn't enter the property on our last evening. After waiting 3-4 hours we got put into emergency accommodation where some of us had to sleep on the floor. Tried to speak to the hosts on countless occasions but have had radio silence.

Nice property for a weekend away with friends or family.

The location was excellent. Right near the high street and sea front. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful with lots of hot water. A football table was in place which the grandkids loved. The WiFi had a great signal. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. The balcony would have been a bonus had we had warmer weather.

− The stairs to the accommodation, there are a lot of them and they were quite steep, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, if we had known we would not have stayed here, the listing does not mention the stairs. There was no hairdryer although the listing stated there was, i was offered to purchase one to be reimbursed, but i didn’t fancy shopping so we made do without. The toaster could also have done with a clean.
