Lovely central apartment
9.0The location was perfect. The staff were easy to contact and very helpful. Check in and check out were convenient.

Great location, spacious, accessible
9.0We could have checked ourselves in but we did ask for help since the desk was open. Communication with the property managers in advance was responsive and helpful. The location of this property is great--near restaurants easy to get to a bus or taxi. The size of the space is nice--two nice size bedrooms and a bath and a half. A small kitchen but it had everything we needed.
− The only complaint we had was the smell. We could not figure out what caused it but there was a pervasive smell throughout the apartment--in both bedrooms and the living area. We had to sleep with the windows open.

− When we entered the apartment, there’s quite a smell. Not sure if it was from the chemical used in cleaning. Smell is not too strong but just not a good impression upon entering

10.0Clean, spacious, easy to get into, right beside Starbucks for morning coffee. Travelled with kids and had elevator for buggies. Super happy with value for money and spacious layout.
− It could have been helpful if dishwasher tablets had been included in apartment, or information was provided in flat about where we could take out trash during our stay. But other than these very minor points it was perfect.
