Did not live up to expectations.
5.0The exterior was lovely!
− The price for the property and what you got was exceptionally high. We had no bowls for dessert/noodles, cups all were stained, kitchen was old and dirty, we had to ask for a kettle, communication was poor. Heat pump did not work in our room and our door to the bedroom did not close. It feels like it has been sometime since this property has been given a refresh or any maintenance done.

10.0This is the most amazing property and the staff were quite incredible. We have had the most wonderful 5 nights and we highly recommend this superb accommodation. Having all your meals prepared for you (if you wish) was a fantastic bonus and the quality of the food was excellent. Thank you SO much Nana and his great team. We will certainly recommend you to everyone and we thank you for making this part of our holiday so very special. Nothing was too much trouble and they arranged dives, taxis, massages, laundry, painting for our grandchild, traditional boat trip, etc., etc. The staff deserve to be paid far more money as they work SO hard to ensure that their guests are happy in every aspect. We are sure that Nana would arrange any activity within his remit. Just stunning.
