We have been going to Dalyan for over 20 years and would be happy to stay here again.
9.0A good size property that was ideal for us. Location was good with a short walk to a shop and around 15 minutes to the town centre. The property was in a quiet area and not overlooked.
− No issues with the property at all, just a suggestion to lower the height of the trees between the villas so that you get benefit of the sun in the villa we stayed in right to the end of the day.

10.0Lovely modern villa with beautiful pool area around 10-15 minute walk to main restaurants and bars. The villa owner Ali is very helpful and was always available with any queries I had before and after arrival. Pool was cleaned every day

9.0Location was perfect. Very quiet but only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Dalyan.
− Though it was not applicable to us, the third bedroom in the attic would not be able to be used by adults, due to its very low ceiling height.

9.0Ali was the best host. We arrived quite late in the evening he was there to greet us and give us information on the area. The villa was clean, spacious and modern. The 2 main bedrooms had their own private bathroom and there was an additional bathroom on the ground floor. The villa is located approx 10 minutes walk from the town centre with plenty of mini markets near by to purchase essentials, can't wait to visit again next year.
− The only inconvenience was lack of drinking glasses.
