Alles in allen war gut bis sehr gut. Ausser das Bett und die Matratze.

Sehr nettes personal. Gingen auf spezielle wünsche ein ohne probleme und waren immer zuvorkommend und freundlich.

− Das bett war alt, und bei der matratze spürte man die Federn extrem.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, good price, enjoyed the area, friendly staff.

I liked how clean it was and how friendly the staff was

− The elevator closest to the front counter was scary. It squeaks and moves up and down when you get on and off of it. I just have a natural fear of elevators so this is probably why it scared me. If you are not scared of elevators, this shouldn't bother you at all, to me, I tried to use the other elevator as much as possible. Please use your Do not disturb sign on the outside of the door. Had the housekeeper come into my room several times. I had just checked in on the first incident. She knocked and instead of identifying herself she just came in and I was in my room unpacking. It really freaked me out. She just handed me water and snacks and left. The next time she came in was the next morning and said nothing at all, just a knock and barged in. It was kind of unsettling. It was 930am so I figured she was going around cleaning rooms so I told her I needed towels and she gave them to me. The third incident she didn't have anything in her hand and it was an hour after she gave me towels. She just opened the door and walked in and my friend had to yell "buenas!!" and she immediately walked out. My friend went to the door and asked her what was she doing and she said housekeeping, my friend told her she already gave us towels. My friend said at that time she had nothing in her hands and the cart was all the way down the hall with all the supplies. To me, that time was unacceptable to do that. She had already given us towels. I did have my passport locked in the safe so I wasn't worried about that. I will add that when my room was cleaned by housekeeping, they did do a good job, they cleaned very good and nothing looked out of place. I just have never had that happen to me anywhere before and I'm an old lady. Just keep your Do not disturb sign on the door and lock your valuables in the safe. I would stay here again though.
