Not really up to minimal standard for international guests. Only one of the staff was at all bilingual. Kitchen by hit or miss: "no gas" for two days meant no meals, no coffe, etc. Sullen bartender gave every indication of beIng inconvenienced when I wanted a beer. Desk clerk unwilling or unable to book a reliable taxi-- a big problem in Yaounde. Better spend a bit more money To get reasonable service.

personnel sympa et a l'écoute mais non pas les moyens de bien faire leur travail.Hotel a la limité de la salubrité traversin matelas vieux et sale. forte odeur d'urine dans les chambres fuites sur les canalisations d'eau usée signalées aux personnels qui n'a pu réparer. Sinon chambre spatieuse a besoins de quelque travaux d'entretiens.Service restaurations trés long mais c'est generals dans toutes la ville.

other then check-in and no hot water my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. i showed my appreciation by passing out tips when i left. i also like the fact that the hotel was locked down after 12 O'clock for security but you were still able to move freely about the hotel.
