− The apartment wasn’t completely ready for us to arrive. One of the bedrooms still had a pile of sheets and blankets on top. I had to dig through dresser drawers to find a bath towel (no washcloths to be found). I also had to dig in the drawers to add a sheet to our bed. We were just taken back a bit that the apartment wasn’t really for us to check in. The owner came in, sat down and then asked for money. Luckily I had cash on me but I’m unsure if they are prepared to take a credit card or not. I didn’t ask.
Compared to many places outside of a resort, I would say this neighborhood is the Beverly Hills of MoBay.
10.0The location was convenient to just about everything. The place was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities one would need to live without having to go out to eat every night. Grocery stores were close by, neighbors were amazingly nice and looked out for you like you were family.
− I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property except maybe the AC was too cold at times.

9.0The location was great and convenient. The keys were easy to collect, and the process was seamless. The balcony view was amazing, and I really liked the rooms and the bathroom.
