The view from room was amazing, try to chose the rooms with Balcony. Staff was fantastic with outstanding hospitality.Breakfast is not included in prices and they are bit on higher side .

What a gem 😻From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful manager Mohan sir and Supervisor Jenny mam helped me in many ways right from making a special food for my 1 year old baby and staffs Bagyalakshmi Amma and helper Guru made our stay very special and great .First impression of Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room space. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. One of the best resort "The Clouds End"

The location was exceptional. Breathtaking views from balcony and from the room with poolside too. The food was great and they made it sure that we got hot food prepared live in their kitchen. The rooms were clean and hygienic too. The Manager and the staff were very hospitable and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall I would give 5 out of 5.

If you are lucky enough, you would get cloudy view from this hotel because location of this hotel is exterior of Munnar around 15KM away. In rainy season you would get best valley view.

− 1. Pathetic Service. 2. Room was not space enough. 3. Room Service will not pick your call. 4. Even you have to ask for towel and basic amanities like wifi password, soap etc. 5. They will not able to provide breakfast or dinner on time. 6. Owner manages two hotel at same time with single kitchen due to this lots of chaos happening there. No one is going to listen your requiremet. 7. Pathetic cleanliness, curtains, bed sheets has lots of stains. 8. No restaurants is nearby, you have to have dinner at hotel only.

Totally a bullshit. . This is not ‘CLOUDS END‘...we can't get inn map or google, the propery is named by them is THE CLOUDS.(u can check it) Its not a resort ,its only a multy story building with only 6 rooms..pool is very small in size of 20feet x 12feet . Property is situated in a 15 cent of land. Vehicle parking and drive in to property isvery risky and only for expert drivers.. Staffs behavior is very very bad.. Room rent is very high for this room..7000+tax(no break fast,no dinner,no tea and snaks)ALL R CHARGEABLE. Rooms r not clean. .toilet seat is broken. .
