Everything about the property was absolutely fantastic, the house was beautiful with a gorgeous interior, an amazing sauna, gorgeous garden area, incredible views and location - couldn’t have been any better ! :)

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, wäre mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen absolut top!

Die Lage war wunderschön, super Aussicht, sehr ruhig, viel Platz auch um das Haus herum. Die Besitzerin wohnt gleich oberhalb und war immer sehr hilfreich und nett. Die Sauna ist zwar klein, zwei Leute können drin sitzen, aber sie funktioniert sehr gut. Buchung war problemlos, bei Fragen im voraus hat der Anbieter hilfreich geantwortet.

− Als wir ankamen am Abend wollten wir was kochen, leider funktionierte der Herd nicht richtig, die Platten wurden nur lauwarm. Der Anbieter war nicht erreichbar, auch am nächsten Morgen mussten wir nochmal nachfragen deswegen, die Besitzerin brachte uns dann eine mobile Kochplatte. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht zuverlässig (kleines Kästchen das sich immer mal wieder ausschaltet). Wahrscheinlich müssten mal alle elektrischen Leitungen erneuert werden, die Deckenlampen gehen auch nicht, es gibt dafür viele Stehlampen. Die Küche ist recht karg ausgestattet, es fehlen zum Beispiel ein gutes Küchenmesser, Kochlöffel und eine Teekanne. Die Sauberkeit war mäßig, so war zum Beispiel der Ablauf der Dusche bei der Sauna verstopft, wir reinigten das dann selber 🥴. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer quietscht bei jeder Umdrehung…

Leuk huis met een prachtig uitzicht!

Uitzicht, ligging! Compleet huis met tuin waar soms hertjes liepen!! Tip van de eigenaresse om de ferry naar Stockholm te nemen, opstapplaats is dichtbij (ytterby brygga) en kost maar 43 kronen pp.

− Er was maar 1 slaapkamer ipv 2. De tweede slaapkamer was achter een doorzichtig gordijntje in de woonkamer. Bedden kraken! Het huis is vol, dat is fijn dat je veel spullen hebt, maar het oogt ook wel rommelig. Er was veel achterstallig onderhoud: lampen deden het niet, raam ging niet dicht. Er zaten veel muggen, vliegen en wespen.

The view was beautiful, the quietness. Very relaxing environment. Sauna in the basement was good but floor dirty. Owner was reactive when we mentioned that the lights in the sauna weren't working

− The beds were terrible, squeeky and uncorfortable. The blind weren't covering the whole windows (and not blocking the light). The add indicates 2 bedroom, but the 2nd bed is in the living room with transparent curtains to separate it from the kitchen/dining/living space. Furniture is old (which is ok) and doesn't look very clean (not inviting to sit on the sofas for exemple) In the living/dining room, the ceiling lights weren't working and all the lamps spread through out the room were so weak that it was impossible to read for exemple. The dust on the floor of the bedroom was amazing, it hadn't been cleaned in the corners

− We missed the microwave oven. We missed having blackout curtains — we couldn’t watch movies during the day, and we couldn’t sleep well in the morning because the sunlight shone through the translucent blinds.
