The apartment is located in a guarded area with gate keepers 24/7. The staff is very helpful and made our arrival as easy as possible. We (2 adults) stayed in a house with 3 double-bedrooms, bathroom on suite, so we had a lot of space. The open kitchen and the living room offered a nice place to sit and talk about the day. Overall cleanliness was very good, suitable amount of towels in every room, the electrical system was modern.

− There was something on the floor that made our feet feel strange and our socks dirty. This should definitively be improved. The switch in 1 shower was broken and is hopefully repaired by now. There are only a few parking spaces in close distance to the apartment. Ours was a 2-minute walk away, near by the gate.

Das Appartement war recht grosszügig und mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Ausrichtung zum Kanal und mit Blick auf die Berge war ganz nett, allerdings war auch die Hauptstrasse dadurch hörbar. Die Betten waren bequem.

− Leider hatten die Fenster der Schlafzimmer alle eine Ausrichtung zum Parkplatz, somit war es kaum möglich die Fenster und die Vorhänge tagsüber zu öffnen. Einige Details im Appartement waren schon deutlich abgewohnt. Die neu eingeführte Touristtax mussten wir vor Ort in bar in Euro bezahlen (30 Euro). Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage haben wir dafür keine Quittung erhalten.

No hot water, owner doesn't answer phone

3 separate bathrooms for 3 bedrooms, moderately well equipped kitchen, washing machine with detergent readily available. Private parking space (it was taken for some reason for most of the time, but we took a different spot with no issues) Cleaning was OK. Some ants, but they are everywhere on Mauritius.

− Major: No hot water and no communication with owner. Most of our time we stayed there was NO HOT WATER. And we stayed out of season, so we needed it badly. Contact phone is inexistent, what's app is only used to send you info for check in, but it's a one way bot. Phone is hung up. It is only on the next day after I contacted booking.com that owner/manager let me know they will fix it. Which was a lie, because on the next day when it wasn't, they said "oh, you should've left the key in the box so we can come". Like not only you have one pair of keys (which you don't, it's just an excuse), you somehow imply we will leave them at the box, without an instruction to do so. You tell us it is going to be fixed, and then you try to gaslight us on the reasons why it wasn't. Hot water is a basic amentity, and it should be expected first and foremost in any accomodation with a bathroom. If you are unable to provide it - delist from booking until you fix it. And we booked like a day prior. So you should've known you have an issue, still you've done nothing and you've put no disclaimer. It is only after we contacted booking.com we got a reply message from the owner. And still, no fix. No one would phone us, noone would come an check, nothing. All text communication is deadly slow, phone is not answering. We stayed 4 days without hot water. BUT! On our last day MIRACULOUSLY I got a phone call from them! Wow! To fix something? Maybe to offer compensation? Or to say sorry? NO! They wanted to show accomodation to other people while we were still inside! Personally. There was a manager And he called. No word on our issues. And knowingly they tried to lure other people to rent it WHILE THERE STILL WAS NO DAMN WATER!!!! Of course I told guys to know better and choose a different place. Minor: Living room windows overlooks inner pier, 2 bedrooms however are on the parking/exit side.
