Position of the unit

− We arrived at Saturday just after midnight (12.30am) to accommodation to get the keys from the lock box -as organised- and discovered the FOB did not work- so could not go up the elevator to our 5th floor- to our booked accommodation. Rang Elevator phone number to be told they have had other people contact them about same issue + they were in Sydney and could not help us short term. No fire escape key given either. Tried contacting (phone & texts) the 2 phone numbers we had been given + Building caretaker- nearly every 1/2 hour until 6.30am in the morning- when someone then answered. Left locked out all night. Young man was apologetic/ polite when arrived after 7.30am. Main aircon in accommodation was not working. (2x Portable air cons had been makeshift set up in the Kitchen). Floor was covered in water from the portable air con leaking everywhere. They then organised someone to come and fix air con on the Tuesday. Stopped working again by Wednesday morning. Contacted them immediately- to let them know it still did not work. Absolutely NO further response for rest of the holiday week.

− Impossible to find the car park. One set of keys for 4 people No pepper Need a little round table inside to eat or play cards Walls need a paint Bathroom cupboard fell down because of rotten joinery Sofa and carpets badly stained
