とても快適に滞在できました。ホストの方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり、チェックインもスムーズでした。 鍵の受け渡しも問題なく、ストレスなく入室できました。施設全体が清潔で、安心して過ごせるお部屋でした。

− 駐車場は事前に確認していた通りですが、やむを得ずスペースがかなりタイトでした。 大型のボックスカーだと、ドアを大きく開けられないほどの幅で、乗り降りには少し苦労しました。

清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせました。 小さい子どもがいても寝具など気にならず良かったです。

− 駅近なので周辺の治安はあまり良くなかったです。 一階と2階を繋ぐ階段にもドアがあったら、小さい子どもがいても安心して過ごせるなと思いました。

離主要車站有點距離，需換乘，然後走約10-15分鐘。沒有提供洗衣精及烘衣機， 對住4天的我們ㄧ行不是很方便。但是房東人不錯，會快速回覆我們的訊息。

We had a really great stay here and would definitely come back when there is chance. We traveled as a family of 7 with small kids, so space and convenience matter a lot to us. The house handled it comfortably - no one felt cramped, which is rare. It was very clean when we arrived, and everything felt well-prepared and easy to use. Parking was a big plus for us. We brought a Honda Stepwagon, and it fit without any issues, which made things much easier with a larger group. The location is excellent. Getting to Disneyland, Asakusa, and even Narita Airport was very straightforward by train or bus, which saved us a lot of time. There’s also a convenience store and a supermarket just a 3–4 minute walk away, so grabbing food or anything we needed was quick and easy. One thing I really appreciated was the coffee - it’s exactly the kind I personally like, and I even follow a similar standard when preparing coffee at home. It was a small detail, but it made the mornings feel familiar and comfortable. The portable arcade was also a fun surprise. It brought back a lot of nostalgia from my childhood and teenage years, especially since it’s loaded with games from the 80s to early 2000s.

− If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the TV. It didn’t seem to have local channels and wasn’t working properly when we arrived. Not a big issue for us since we were mostly out, but worth checking. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Great for families, great location, and everything just worked the way you’d want it to.
