Great location. The view from the patio lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Great shower.

− The one bedroom furniture is quite outdated but still comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms but only one is a full bathroom. The safe is tiny and can only fit passports and not a laptop.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby restaurants and attractions. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your hospitality—we would be happy to stay here again on our next visit!

Great way to depart the MSC cruise to give all our clothes a wash before a long 18hoir flight back home.

Great spot. Great views.

− The elevation on the fifth floor was perfect. We were meet by the agent who’s was great at showing us all that was needed and left us to it.

Location location location

− Both beds were terrible. The double bed in the main room was far too small for the 2 of us, and very squeaky, and 1 of us had to sleep on the couch. The room had 2 single beds pushed together so the guest kept slipping into the middle. Not great.

− It’s an old building the lift is practical and does the job albeit small and quirky also the street free parking is a bit of a lucky dip all part of the adventure

We spent two wonderful weeks in Greece, and the apartment served as our base. The apartment has many advantages. Great location, literally 5 minutes to the metro, from where you can explore all of Athens. It takes the same amount of time to walk to the port, where depart ferries to the islands. The place is bright and spacious. Beautiful view from the terrace and living room with a relaxing area. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed. We traveled with a child, so preparing meals was no problem. The same goes for laundry and other essentials. Great area full of restaurants and pubs. Excellent value for money. The advantages are endless. After spending a few weeks there, we truly felt at home and already miss this place. Thank you for your hospitality.
