The property was outstanding in every way. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was peaceful with beautiful countryside views, making it the perfect place to relax. The facilities were excellent, and everything was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the privacy, comfort, and attention to detail throughout our stay.

Location of property is stunning with fabulous views It's so peaceful and when you go for a walk you are met by sheep with their lambs which is just adorable

Beautiful rural location, in the hillsides. Large, spacious converted barn with plenty of living space and views over the countryside. Lots of kitchen equipment and all you need for a self catering break. Large, fenced garden with seating, which had been maintained to keep the grass down. Comfortable large sofa and beds. A good quality shower in the ensuite with plenty of hot water through the property. There were neighbours in the cottage behind but peace and quiet to hear the sheep and birds. A private location, where you can get away from it all. Walks from the doorstep. Clean and tidy. Wood burner was a bonus to keep us toasty. Plenty to do in the local area. We ate and shopped in Bala, went white water rafting, kayaking, walking and plenty of sitting around enjoying the views too.

− Personally, not a fan of memory foam mattress and nylon sheets, especially as the main bedroom doors to outside didn't open and skylight difficult to access. Perhaps a better, more comfortable bed settee in the living area would offer spaceous seating for more than 4 adults. Plenty of biting insects in the evening when we were there (it was hot!) - take insect repellant/citronella candles for outside. Could do with a set of drawers for some storage in the smallest bedroom.

Location, privacy, great house. You can use fireplace in the house and barbecue outside.

Breathtaking views! The cottage was fully equipped, Simon was super helpful and the location was amazing! There were so many beautiful walking paths around!
