Great location, staff were great.
6.0Perfect location, right at the ski lifts. Onsen was great.
− If you have noisy people (kids jumping around) staying above you, you will hear them loud and clear. Paper thin walls, so if you are naturally loud maybe not the hotel for you. Included breakfast was ok, filled the belly but if you’re not a fan of Luke warm to cold food then maybe not for you. Not many western choices apart from continental.

Perfect location and very welcoming staff
9.0The staff were amazing. We appreciated the kind welcoming and all the assistance provided during our stay. We felt at home. The hotel has its own gear rental and is right across from the ski mountain, making everyhting very easy.
− The bathroom is small but we got used to it
Overall good stay, enjoyed the convenience to the ski lift and staffs were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Thank you.
8.0The staffs were exceptional. We arrived late due to traffic condition and they attended to our needs promptly and get us to have dinner first before settling the room.
− The place is a bit run down but clean.
