We love coming back to this hotel. Khun Ball makes us feel at home and special every time we come here. The breakfast is also very good…as is the complementary hotel shuttle to the Ekamai MRT station. We come back here because of Khun Ball. Thanks once again.

Pool and gym are under construction and not available for use. Property is physically in poor condition.

Ramada stay was disappointing—dirty room, poor service, and undisclosed pool renovation. We canceled our second night.😞

My stay at Ramada was disappointing. The bed was dirty with old blood stain,the room unclean, and service poor.The pool was under renovation but not disclosed. We canceled our second night. Management must improve standards. 😞😞😞😞😞

هذا فندق ممتاز جداً مكانه جيد و المواظفين طيبين الخلق و أمينين وتعاملهم ممتاز لقد تركت حقيبتي لمدة ثلاث أيام و رجعت رأيت غرفة كما هي This is a very excellent hotel, its location is good, and the staff are good and honest, and their treatment is excellent. I left my bag for three days and came back and saw a room as it is. นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก สถานที่ของมันดี และพนักงานก็ดีและซื่อสัตย์ และการรักษาของพวกเขายอดเยี่ยม ฉันทิ้งกระเป๋าไว้สามวันและกลับมาและเห็นห้องเหมือนเดิม

Staffs were cooperative specially Mr. Ball was very helpful and proactive, hotel rooms like sofa and floor were not so clean, very small pool, breakfast menue was limited but good. We had kitchen and drawing space though. Location is good.

Amazing reception staff but room wasn’t clean enough

The room wasn’t clean enough for standards and noticeable stain. When they were refresh my room, stuff in room were not placed on the same spot as it used to be/ our bed hasn’t been made properly like they finished half of the bed then left. I forgot my Thai money in the room as we went out during the day then I came back and looked for it and it was gone. To be honest, it was couple hundred baht I know it’s not much but I wasn’t mean to tip the housekeeping as I complained before the room wasn’t clean enough to tip the housekeeping anyways so I don’t know why they assumed they could just take the money even though people could just place it in the room? As a Thai person, I haven’t been in Thailand for a long time I was very disappointed of the housekeeping behaviour.
