The property is is a perfect location close to everything in town. The place itself was amazing

− The main bed, you couldn’t move without It being extremely noisy. Also very dusty

We enjoyed our stay in comfortable accommodation

The property was clean and tidy. It was low set which was great for my elderly parents. Being close to town and not far to the beach was convenient.

Location is fantastic, walk to beach, shops and restaurants/cafes.

− The facilities were not good value, linen was not provided and this was not communicated until day before arrival. Only one bin bag and one toilet roll provided for 8 night stay for family of 4. The kitchen could be better equipped to accommodate families only one small fry pan and one small sauce pan. The unit also had a very musty smell and there was mould on all the blinds. The duvets had not been washed for some time.

The Unit requires a "THOROUGH CLEAN " Floor has not been swept and mopped for a long time , KITCHEN= Cupboard doors greasy, in places old food stuck on surfaces , cups, plates and cutlery not clean, Drawer liners filthy and stained. Mattress protector looked like animals had been sleeping on it we had to remove it before making bed with our linen on a stained Mattress, not nice! Dirt and fluff behind clothes hamper in wardrobe (not used). We had to sweep unit and wipe furniture over prior to relaxing as we felt uncomfortably dirty . As we arrived on Sunday afternoon there was no agent working to make any requests or complaints until Monday, when my wife requested they get a new Mattress protector for the double bed so we could finally make the bed. The Agent arrived Monday afternoon with new protector. After complaining about the state of Unit the agent stated she stuck her head in the door on Friday and it looked fine, dirt must have blown in over weekend (that is blown in a locked house) really ! There was only one plastic garbage bag supplied for small bin under sink , only one roll toilet paper supplied for a 1 week stay stingy and petty (we had to purchase more,) We Will not be back!

− ,Lack of cleanliness of everything in Unit #3 it made us feel uncomfortable . These rentals need to be thoroughly cleaned after every client vacates .
