− Everything is bad. This hotel is a total scam. The lady at the front desk told us that they don't accept online reservations, but they take deposit and full payments from those online reservations. Stay away!! Este hotel es una trampa. Mantenganse lejos

− I booked a room through Booking.com at a specific price. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they do not work with Booking.com, and the price for the room was actually double. Interestingly, the hotel had previously sent me a message via Booking.com expressing their anticipation for my stay. I was charged on my credit card to "secure" the room and the quoted price, but the hotel claimed that Booking.com made this debit without their knowledge and instructed me to contact Booking.com for a refund. The hotel refused to take responsibility for the miscommunication between them and Booking.com. The room itself was basic and overpriced. I definitely won't be booking there again!

6.0La estancia no cuenta con agua caliente y las camas para descansar son muy muy duras, la señorita de recepción de la mañana muy amable y la de la tarde nada que ver, yo recomiendo mejor el desayuno
