Good, but definitely needs attention to cleanliness
6.0Location, facilities, and staff were great. Loved that they had good quality milk and sparkling water. Utensils and everything else you could need!
− The carpets in the room were extremely dirty and thick with black marks and sticky. The pillows were lumpy, and smelt terrible full of sweat and stained! The room smelt of BO and cigarettes so much so that I had to open and leave the window open. There were no English tea bags only coffee. Also the shower gel was heavily a man’s scent which I felt should have been more of a neutral scent for both genders!

9.0Modern, komfortabel, bequeme Betten zum auseinanderrollen, zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, es gibt einen Raum in der 5ten Etage mit kostenlosem Kaffeeautomaten, dieser war aber leider 2 Tage defekt, Personal sehr freundlich
− keine Nachttische für Brillenablage etc

8.0I like the location of the property. A two minute walk from Aldgate East and plenty of restaurant and convenient stores nearby!
