London was amazing the hotel was mid.

The location was great.

− Well first I stayed in room 645, the emergency sign fell off the back of the probably sometime ago and the staff came in the late evening to try to put it back on. Secondly the shower constantly wet the floor due to it just being a half a glass, though I know that is a European style is definitely not suitable. The one also had no fan so once you took a shower, the carpet was moist. The walls were sweat in the room felt muggy. There are also no windows to open. There is nowhere to actually put your clothes so you have to keep them in your luggage. In the hallway smells like someone just rubbed cigarette ashes into the carpet the curtains and the walls it’s a permanent smell.

Second visit, good location, quiet and relaxing to come back to, lovely to sit on the bar terrace with a drink after a busy day. Bar staff very friendly and always busy . Room clean and lovely bathroom

− Our second visit and our room was not ready … was offered upgrade but had to pay more, not a lot to be honest, but explained that we were returning guests but couldn’t give too us free, so we declined. Had paid over £400 already.

The Hotel is fine

− Hyatt and Booking.com double charged my card for the room as they both wanted card details in advance, then abused this trust by BOTH charging us for the room refusing to refund. Booking.com customer service is all noreply emails.
