Lovely reception staff, they were so willing to assist and help. Made us feel like coming home
8.0Breakfast was lovely, however, the breakfast staff were a little "stern". The location was great, we could walk places but also convenient for catching taxis and the reception staff were great with calling taxis

10.0This stay exceeded expectations. Nice and easy to get to from the train station. Very welcoming and informative staff, excellent location, nice and quiet, comfy beds. Couldn't fault our stay. They even had a nice selection of vegan options in their breakfast buffet.

10.0I stayed here for 1 night only but wish my stay could have been longer. The location is excellent, the lovely ladies on reception could not have been more welcoming, the room was great, the rooftop terrace was such a treat and the breakfast was excellent. If I'm ever back in Rome I will be staying at this hotel again.

− Nous avions la chambre 1 située juste à côté de la réception et du petit déjeuner, donc très bruyante. Si vous pouvez éviter cette chambre, demandez le. Petit déjeuner moyen. Pas assez de produits frais.

10.0We had a fantastic five-night stay at Hotel Viminale. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a delicious breakfast and a wonderful rooftop terrace with lovely views over Rome. Excellent location. Communication was excellent from the beginning - always exceptionally fast, clear and helpful, whether through the booking platform, WhatsApp or directly with the hotel. A special mention must go to Donatella, who was incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When we explained that we wanted to explore places a little further away from the main tourist areas, she gave us genuinely excellent recommendations that made our time in Rome even more memorable. Her warmth and attention really stood out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
