7.0The property is just located on sentosa internal train station. Location wise it’s good. Staff is very helpful,

7.0Facility was directly across from the Imbiah Station for quick access to Sentosa Island as well as back to the mainland via VivoCity/Harbourfront transit hub. The A/C was excellent. The staff was very attentive. We were able to use the large table/meeting room downstairs without any issue/hassle from the staff. For a family of 3 the layout was suitable but the sofabed has to be laid out on the floor essentially cutting off access from the master bedroom to the entrance (and you have to move through the bathroom).
− Soundproofing was inadequate. We heard talking neighbors, screaming kids, and plenty of outside noise. The light switch system inside the room was also kludgy...the switch next to the entrance only controls some lights while the master panel next to the master bed controls all lights yet there isn't a switch inside the bathroom at all.

− Poor staff service - not pleasant in their responses. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Corridor was not clean. Tea bags in the room were quite old. Overall poor experience.
