The staff are excellent and very attentive. They were all lovely.
9.0The location and facilities for us to travel with three 80-90 year olds was excellent. The pool is accessible for them which is why we choose the hotel. The drinks in the afternoon on the verandah is also perfect except you could do with a few more items added to happy hour. There was less this year than last year.
− The pool are is very unattended and needs a redo. It needs an injection of colour to make it a real part of the hotel. Better furniture and the bar open for a few hours each day would make this space more used. It seems neglected.

10.0Wir hatten die Unterkunft ehrlicherweise aufgrund des verhältnismäßig günstigen Preises gebucht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei weit übertroffen. Wir hatten einen Tollen Blick über die Stadt und ein sehr bequemes Bett.

10.0The hotel is located near to the Havelock MRT Station, also Great World Shopping complex so restaurants are within easy reach. The Hotel has an excellent swimming pool with deck loungers that we used daily. Grand Copthorne’s breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and has an enjoyable ambience. We had a Premier room which was spacious and we particularly liked the filtered water facility in the room, also the spacious bathroom. Room Service was excellent too.
