Excellent NYC stay

This hotel was located in walking distance to all things touristy to do in NYC. It was also very close to a subway station. The staff was phenomenal, Jose was incredible and booked us a black car to the airport. A lot cheaper than an Uber would’ve been. The rooms were spacious (rare in the city) and very clean.

location, space in the little living room. The staff at the door most of them were nice and kind.

− The building is extremely dated. I requested an updated unit, and when we arrived, the room was dirty — mold on the walls, dust everywhere, and even dirty gloves on the floor. The carpet was worse than what you’d find in a cheap motel, absolutely disgusting. I went back to the front desk, and the staff member with an attitude told me that none of the units had two beds, only one king-size. The only helpful thing he did was switch me to an “updated” unit, which still wasn’t good. I requested a city view and ended up with a brick wall. His excuse was nothing was available, I booked this hotel 2.5 months in advance totally ridicuolous. It was very noisy, the AC didn’t work, and the room was hot. The bathrooms were full of mold and had stains on the floor. The TV was maybe 48 inches or smaller. The only good thing about this hotel is the location — everything else is dirty and poorly maintained. I had to request that they come clean the bathroom, and even then, the mold was still there. It seems they don’t use mold remover or bleach at all. I would not stay here again. I’d rather go to the Hilton. Save yourself the trouble — do not book your stay here. Overpriced and dirty.

Size of the unit, location and staff were friendly

− Lobby was slightly underwhelming and lift wait time was disappointing at times

If you want to be close enough to the really busy parts of town to get to easily, but want some quiet when you retire at

Great location, room very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard every day.

− Lounge on 26th floor less than welcoming. If you wanted alcoholic drinks staff were all over you, however, for anything else it was help yourself.

Ficamos em um quarto grande, com dois cômodos, uma sala com sofá cama, banheiro e mesa de jantar, um quarto com cama extra grande e banheiro com banheira. MUITO BOM para levar os filhos.
