− Members of staff are rude and have no respect for hotel guests. As this is Melia Hotels property, from hands on experience with the brand I know their standard is much higher. Even almost a week after check out date, they have failed to provide me with the Paris City Tax receipt paid at the property. Unacceptable. Furthermore, this is a violation of the French General Tax Code. When asked for it, members of staff ( yes, members of staff ) put the blame on me.

10.0An absolutely wonderful stay! What impressed us the most was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel is also elegant, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A truly memorable experience, and we would be very happy to return.
