10.0Excellent hotel-small, quaint with an amazingly attentive staff adjacent to high-end shopping and steps from the Eiffel Tower.
Disappointing.
6.0The young barman was extremely rude and unhelpful during our stay on Sunday 20th July. On our pre-paid return visit on Saturday 2nd August we were very disappointed with the condition of our room. It smelt of cigar smoke when we arrived and later smelt of dampness. There were greasy ‘forehead’ marks on the windows and a full strip of ‘Advil’ tablets on the floor by the curtain! Not acceptable standard for this overprice accommodation.
Watch out for the young angry bar man!
6.0The young barman was more concerned with escaping from the bar and having a vape across the road than serving guests. He was extremely rude when it was pointed out we had been waiting 20 minutes to be served on terrace. Challenged and laughed out loud at that suggestion - which was true. Wrong person to be working in such a prestige environment. So disappointing.
