Lovely hotel in great location

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Hotel was in a great location, pool was very good, although it lost the sun early afternoon so everyone kept moving round to stay in the sun. View from our room on 10th floor of the city was great. There was a bit of a misunderstand regarding us being Level guests, we did not know we had booked it, & the general reception did not tell us the advantages. So 36 hours later we found out. The guest experience manager, Fernando did come to see us on the day we were checking out to apologize which we did appreciate & they also wavered us paying for the 2 drinks we had purchased the first day. He also arranged points for us to use in future bookings as compensation for their failure to tell us what we were entitled to as level guests on arrival. As Fernando made the effort to speak to us & compensate us we will return to the hotel as we often visit Seville.

− Pool & most sun-beds lost the sum by early afternoon.

The staff especially Inez and Eva who looked after the pool area.Also the male and female staff who worked both at the pool bar and the lobby bar.Too many names to remember, sorry, but all helping to make a memorable stay for us .

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr schöner Pool, großzügige Tiefgarage

− Das zweite Waschbecken war durch das direkt davor plazierte Bidet nicht nutzbar.
