Convenient shinjuku location and wonderful staff, but overpriced for the quality.
7.0The staff and location were both amazing
− It is very small and quite expensive for the quality.
Great place to relax after sightseeing all day.
10.0Quiet rooms with blackout curtains & comfy beds. The shower is amazing! Lots of water pressure. Has breakfast in the morning with a happy hour in the evening. Lots of international travelers so most of the staff speaks English. Great location!
− Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical for Tokyo.
Good conditions for the price
8.0Clean. Front desk service was very helpful and professional, especially when we were figuring out luggage shipment to our next hotel. The free continental breakfast, which was some beverages and pastries, was helpful in the early mornings. Location is quiet. Close to a subway stop
− Our room barely had enough floor space with our two beds, and a carry on and checked baggage each for the two of us, but that seemed standard for Tokyo. A 15-20 min walk away from the main Shinjuku station.
