− Some plates or bowls would be helpful to be able to make a basic breakfast. But everything else was great
Comfortable but would prefer a non-disabled room next visit.
7.0Good room lighting and facilities. Very pleasant staff. Good entree in the main restaurant at night.
− Was disappointed to have been given a disabled room. This had small high level windows overlooking the staircase to the upper floor, so had to close the curtains for privacy and leave lights on and no natural light into room. Also the stairwell light shone into the room above the curtain rail all through the night. One room light did not work. No plates or cutlery.

− I stayed here in the past and the overall condition of the room in 18 months has deteriorated alot plus dishes were dirty, bathroom tap almost unusable as water sprayed in all directions except down, shower head was horrible, lounge had a hole in it, kitchen sink dirty. For a family room they didn't even supply basic utensils like plates, cutlery apart from 4 dirty teaspoons, dirty mugs and a few glasses.
