6.0Airport shuttle was ok. A bit disorganized. People got into a long line and the driver pulled up near the back of the line and it was a mess as everyone was pushing to get their bags on board since there were too many people. Having a roped line would cure that. Also, the driver dropped everyone off at their terminals and he finished at Terminal 2 and told my wife and I that we had to walk to terminal 1. He said it was a short walk. Sure! About a kilometer! And we could see that it would have been easy for the guy to just drive us there. The hotel was fine, but if you're planning to stay there because it's close to the airport, there are better choices. Because it's not even as close as you think. We saw that several people just gave up and took a taxi to the airport. So what's the use of staying there? Convenience? No. Plus, the restaurant is overpriced because there's no place else to go. So if you're trying to save money, that's not going to work either. But to be fair, the room was clean and the hotel staff was nice.

6.0The whole reason we got this hotel was because it was close to the airport when we got to the airport we called and they said there was no airport shuttle, even though it said that there was online they just didn’t mention that it was siesta time and that’s why they weren’t running The beds were extremely comfortable. However, there was a spider under one of them in the sheets. The drinks were unbelievably expensive for what you get and I didn’t necessarily think it was all that convenient to the airport.

2.0Did not check in because when we confirmed and paid we had asked for TWO rooms, NOT one as we were finding space for a family of three adults and two children. We could not stay and when we immediately informed Expedia of the technology error we asked for a refund to be able to book rooms in another Ibis hotel. Expedia denied the request due to "hotel policy." We paid full price for nothing.

10.0We came for an overnight stay after arriving from Paris and returned to the airport early to pick up a rental car. The price was reasonable and location convenient.
