5.0Huoneiston sijainti on erinomainen, kaupungin keskustassa. Taloyhtiö tuntui rauhalliselta. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen vajaan viikon asumiseen. Sauna on mukava lisä, lauteet tunntuivat uusituilta.
