− Su fachada moderna no tiene nada que ver con lo que hay en su interior, habitaciones y mobiliarios antiguos y viejos la almuhadas finas y olían fatal en general toda la habitación olía mal.

The room was nice, it was spacious, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the location was good there is a bus station a few minutes from the accommodation that takes you everywhere around the city.

− There were only a few negative things, there wasn't soap for washing your hands in the bathroom, or any gel or shampoo for showering, make sure to bring your own, and there weren't any utensils in the kitchen, no knife, no fork, no plates nothing, so the kitchen is kind of useless. And since it's a student campus sometimes it can be noisy.

Tourists, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL! It Is Essentially a Student Dormitory, Not Suitable for a Comfort

There were only a couple of positive aspects: the location was convenient, and washing machines and tumble dryers were available for an additional fee.

− I stayed here for three nights, and I would not recommend this place to tourists. Despite being advertised as accommodation, it feels much more like a student dormitory than a proper place for travellers. The biggest problem was the noise. On the first night, there was terrible noise from the street, as well as strange structural noise from somewhere in or around the building. It was impossible to identify the source, and getting a decent night's sleep was practically impossible. I complained the following day, but there was no possibility of changing rooms. Another serious concern was the blanket. I was cold, so I was given an extra blanket. The next morning, I woke up with extremely itchy bites on my legs, which made me strongly suspect bedbugs. Unfortunately, it was Saturday, and the receptionist on duty spoke very little English, making it difficult to explain the problem and get any meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the shower water was cold. The room was unnecessarily large for tourists, yet it lacked several basic amenities. There was a kitchen area with a microwave, sink, refrigerator and stovetop, but no kettle, no hairdryer, no mirror in the bathroom, and not even a rubbish bin. The lighting was poorly designed, and additional wall lighting would have made the room much more comfortable. Although the window could be opened for fresh air, solid external shutters completely blocked the view, making it feel as though the window was permanently covered. Air conditioning was available, but there was no remote control or way to adjust it. There was also no television, and the bed was too small for comfortable rest. After the first two nights, I spent the third night simply hoping that nothing else would go wrong. VERY poor sleeping conditions, suspected bedbug issue, cold shower, lack of basic amenities. My advice to tourists: look elsewhere.

Amazing staff
