10.0Booked a family room, both rooms really spacious with shared bathroom. Great location for exploring, within walking distance to the Jewish Quarter, the Old Town & Main Square. Staff friendly & helpful, room clean & quiet and had everything needed for a short stay. Safe and fridge useful and liked the additon of bottle water which you could refill in the breakfast room. Would definitely recommend!

10.0Great location, 10 mins walk into centre and 2 mins into Jewish quarter. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with air con, mini fridge, hairdryer and iron/ironing board.(comfort room). Staff were great allowing us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Fantastic stay.

6.0No tissues. All towels were torn up, which is very disrespectful to the gues. They didn’t seem to clean rooms. Staff is only focused to sell over priced yours
Comfortable hotel in the Jewish quarter
8.0Located in the Jewish quartier and in a main avenue, you can walk to the old town and/or to Wawel castle in 20 minutes. Staff could have more experience in terms of counselling on tourist attractions both in the city and surrounding areas.
