8.0Great service from the receptionist. Great to get help with storing the luggage after checkout. Not very clean rooms, some dust in the corners.

10.0A bit small for a couple but that's probably fairly normal for Tokyo. Location was good, not too far away from the metro system. There are two washing machines and two dryerd which was great as we were in the middle of a five week long trip.

4.0Probably an old apartment converted to a hotel. From an American standpoint, this is a motel - just way nicer than any motel in the US and not as nice as any other budget hotel in Japan.
