− We waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport... We had to take a taxi because the hotel’s phone number listed in the reservation and on the Marriott website wasn’t working. As an apology, they offered us two drinks from the fridge, and tha it. The room had spoons and knives, but no forks (I asked the front desk to bring some twice... the third time, they gave me four plastic ones); there were no cleaning supplies either, and the air conditioning had to be adjusted manually. The wall-mounted remote didn’t work.
