Not as advertised. We checked out after arrival and paid to move elsewhere.

The front desk staff were polite and did offer to change our room when we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, our issues were with the hotel overall, not just the individual room.

− We were extremely disappointed with our stay and checked out after just one night of a four-night honeymoon reservation, paying to relocate to another hotel in Positano. Our Booking.com reservation specifically described our accommodation as a “Suite with Hot Tub” with a “terrace with sea views.” What we received was essentially one basic, undivided sleeping room with multiple beds. The room was almost entirely white from floor to ceiling, with virtually no decoration, warmth, or character. For something being sold as a suite, especially at this price point, it felt shockingly bare, sterile, and clinical rather than romantic or luxurious. It honestly felt like an all-white box with beds in it. The advertised queen bed also appeared to be two separate mattresses pushed together, with a very noticeable seam between them, which was not what we expected from the advertised bed configuration. The “sea view” was another major disappointment. A large neighboring building obstructed the overwhelming majority of the view from our terrace. We could only see a very small sliver of the sea by leaning toward the edge of the terrace. This was very different from what we reasonably expected from the description “terrace with sea views.” There was also a strong, unbearable odor throughout the entire hotel, including the common areas and our room. To us, it smelled like mold or mildew, and the odor was so unpleasant that it made me feel physically sick. Because the smell was present throughout the property, changing rooms would not have solved the problem. The pool was also extremely disappointing. It was an important factor in why we chose the hotel, but in person it was dramatically smaller and much less substantial than it appeared in the listing photographs. The actual pool area looked very different in scale and overall presentation from what we expected based on the online photos. Access to our room was also shockingly inconvenient.

Precioso el lugar nos tocó una habitación con una vista espectacular, muy cómodo y el personal muy amable Volvería a alojarme en este mismo hotel

− Tiene muchas escaleras aunque tiene elevador hay que cambiar de elevador y tienes que subir escaleras para cambiar de elevador dependiendo del piso que te den
