Ich war bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Besichtigung der wichtigesten Sehenswürdigkeiten. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

We were delighted to be shown the ball rooms and the room where Churchill had meetings..

− HMMM. We were very happy with almost everything. I booked with a booking service therefore was not able to get a refund for the days we could not stay. E.H. Parker had to return to the USA due to heart issues. I plan to take this up with them since I am now back in the USA. I also think I left a bag with a new pair of shoes in it in our room #105. If you have it, please let me know; I would like it shipped to my home address (515 MacDonald Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403 USA) Use the credit card on file or let me know how to pay for the shipping. Beautiful with a calm relaxing atmosphere. Staff unobtrusive but quietly there to open doors and make you feel special. Bed so comfortable. Breakfast good choice and beautifully presented and tasty. Room clean and inviting

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the underground for travelling to locations. The staff were exceptional, polite and friendly. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and delicious evening menu with friendly service creating a calm relaxed atmosphere.

− Sadly our first night was not good. There was no bottom sheet on the bed and an issue with the lights which meant we had to leave them on all night resulting in a restless night. The staff attempted to resolve the issues but eventually the only option was to move to a different room.

Lovely hotel in a great location- would definitely stay there again.

The location is exceptional. Two-minute walk to the Embankment tube station. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. I traveled with a friend, so we booked a twin room. It was roomy and had nice city views. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the location is not noisy. We had dinner in the One Twenty One Two restaurant one evening and it was lovely, as was the breakfast buffet they offer.

− Our only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, and bathroom was a little tight, but not unexpected for the age of the building. This might sound silly, but when our room was made up every day they never replaced our water glasses, instead put a paper over the top. We were there six nights and it would have been nice to have a clean glass. We also could have asked for one but didn’t bother as we were gone most of the time. The furnishings are a little tired but everything functioned well and did not bother us in the least.
