La anfitriona fue muy atenta, el lugar estaba muy limpio y tienes todo lo necesario para tu estancia.

− El barrio es triste, está en una zona industrial.
Excellent rapport prix, lieux, espace pour être proche de Madrid et de garer sa voiture sur place.
8.0L'appartement est grand c'est dans une zone un peu industrielle, la gare de train pour Madrid est à 8mn à Pied très pratique. Faut bien comprendre par contre comment payer les tickets, passez juste sa CB sur la borne puis au retour de Madrid repasser la CB sur la borne pour indiquer qu'on est sortie là sinon ils encaissent plein tarif, 5.5 € au lieu de 1.70 € La place de parking est très pratique. Lieux calme bref pour un séjour à Madrid c'est un super rapport qualité prix.

10.0Excellent facilities and unbelievable value for the price. A quiet neighborhood, with friendly residents, and the apartments are peaceful. Also, the host, Juliana, was very kind and responded quickly. Since the train station is just five minutes away, you can easily reach Sol Square through there. Staying in downtown Madrid with this level of space and facilities would cost four times more. Choosing to stay here was a stroke of luck for me
− 1. This is a residential and industrial area. There are no supermarkets or restaurants. However, everything can be easily handled through Uber Eats ** 2. It is inefficient to get to your accommodation from the international airport by public transportation However, you can get to your accommodation easily and quickly via Uber ** 3. The intervals between trains on the San Cristóbal Industrial line are very long, and they even fail to keep time. 4. Since there is only one ticket machine at San Cristóbal Industrial Station, you must arrive there in advance to prepare for the crowds. In addition, during my visit, the ticket machine’s English support was broken, so all the tourists were confused. The train station was extremely unpleasant, unfriendly, and regressive; it was a continuous environment that could never exist in the country I live in (The issues with the train station are due to the Spanish authorities’ rudeness and low standards, not the accommodation.)
