Disappointing and not acceptable particularly for the price charged and the cleaning cost

Bed and lined comfortable and clean

− what breakfast - none ! Incorrect info given re location - it was 15B - around the corner but street no was just 15 - had to ring the SA agents and eventually sorted - not much fun after travelling for a long time. Had to haul out a long heavy duty uncertified cable to plug the washing machine in - no washing powder for washing machine, tv didn't work very well and notes to reboot the router couldn't be done as router was in the other house and there wasn't anyone there. The house instructions promised Netflix but couldn't use as we needed the owners password Mould on bathroom ceiling, wc door on inside needs a thorough clean, door handle for wc a bit wonky, slight leak from kitchen sink wastepipe, BBQ was dirty, and unusable and drip tray had not been emptied and smelt, clothesline had to be cleaned before it could be used, dead insects and dust very visible behind the tv cabinet - rest of the floors clean. Fridge old and noisy, only 1 towel per bed for a 3 day stay and only one towel rail to hang them to dry - so not adequate. Only one and a quarter toilet roll - again inadequate for a 3 day stay. Had been promoted as no extra costs on Booking.com - and a reason for us selecting as other properties had cleaning costs BUT when billed we found there was a cleaning cost!!! That with problems getting access kind of took the edge off the place

Location was great. Had everything that was needed. Shower was good. Very comfortable bed. Nice area to sit on porch.

− We didn’t use the BBQ it really needs a good scrub down, was quite dirty.

Great location

− Issues with the WiFi. Was not working for half the trip. Also had issues with the tv dropping out at times. Also a few lights not working

Very clean and comfortable place in great location close to Point Elliott, Goolwa and Victor Harbour.

− The $500 security deposit which I didn’t see. Pays to look at fine print!

It's was in a beautiful spot, cute and cosy

− Fridge had a high pitched ring to it, the shower when turned off would randomly run, the coffee in the container is rock solid
