10.0The host was a nice guy and could speak English. He was very helpful and hospitable. Accommodation was kept well. Nice garden and quiet place.

1.0The house is well decorated and has a beautiful garden. There is a function basement where you can cool off when the dorm upstairs is hot in July. Also free coffee and tea , fully equipped kitchen.
− there's only one bathroom for the dorm. When in the urgent situation I asked the host if one of us could use another toilet inside private room. He said we have to book the private room to use it. If I have urgent need to go to the toilet, I need to go see the doctor, it's not his problem. I was shocked 😲 and speechless... The altitude of the host is the reason I gave such a low score. If you don't have to deal with the situation I went through, then it's a nice, clean place with good facilities. This is just my preference because I value more experience with people than the conditions of the house.
Great guesthouse experience in Kutaisi
10.0Great guesthouse experience in the heart of Kutaisi. Outdoor spaces for socialising were very good, as was kitchen area and bedrooms. Host was very interesting offering tastings of his homemade wine as well as giving several anecdotes and advice about georgia and Kutaisi in general. Price was excellent.

10.0Thanks to Koba, my stay here was really enjoyable. I learned a lot about Georgia from him, and if you want to experience "real Georgia," this guesthouse is the best choice. We talked a lot about our cultures, which gave me many new perspectives. I especially enjoyed the time spent drinking his homemade wine, which was delicious. Koba truly enjoys talking with travelers, and I felt very comfortable in the guesthouse. I even came back here after a week. The guesthouse has a beautiful garden with chairs and a table, creating a lovely atmosphere. The beds and the house were clean, and I slept very well. At first, I was worried about the mixed dormitory, but the room has an open, airy atmosphere, making it quite comfortable. Koba is easy to talk to, and he always kindly answers questions and offers help. I will definitely visit again, and I’m looking forward to the next cheers and toast!
