− Rien, néanmoins le thermostat de la douche est un peu récalcitrant mais rien de grave.

8.0Le logement est propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a la climatisation et l’essentiel dans la cuisine.
− Pas d’ascenseur et les escaliers sont rudes, surtout avec les valises (c’est au dernier étage).

10.0The apartment is located right next to the Basilica of Santa Croce, and it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. The area is very lively and full of life. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils. Although the building is old, the interior is fully renovated, clean, and fresh. The bathroom is bright and pleasant. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.
− It’s not really a downside, but something to be aware of: the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. For those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, this might be a bit challenging — but in our opinion, the excellent location more than makes up for it.
