A pleasant and enjoyable stay in cozy maisonette
9.0The location and the garden of the property are the best for us. We can walk to the racecourse and there are many walking trails nearby. It was very enjoyable to have afternoon tea in the garden.

10.0The accommodation was clean homely and very comfortable. It was good to have private parking and a private garden. It is dog friendly with nice little touches such as a dog bowl and bed for your pooch. Lee responded promptly to my emails and was accommodating when we requested a later check out. We always go self catering as we like to cook so was particularly impressed with the cooking facilities lovely big cooker and knives that were sharp enough to cut more than a cucumber ! Having our dog with us it was so nice being close to Epsom Downes so we could go on some lovely walks Would highly recommend
