9.0It is a charming rustic apartment nestled within a traditional house in a quaint village, Mollia, tucked away amidst the breathtaking and picturesque Piedmont mountains. This hidden gem offers a serene escape into nature, while remaining easily accessible by road. A delightful store nearby offers the region's finest products. This is juste a short 10-minute drive from the mountain station Alagna, where cableways take you up high for you to marvel at endless mountain ranges or hike on the glaciers around Monte Rosa for the most daring adventurers. Otherwise, there is a plethora of mountain tracks for all levels of hikers. The gracious owner of the apartment, Gaia, is attentive and may offer advice on all issues of the local life.
− The staircase leading to the apartment might seem quite steep, for example, if you have small children. The road passing through the village can sometimes be quite lively.
