9.0Excellent communication & parking instructions. 2 car parks. Clean,good amenities. Comfortable beds. Great view from the 2 balconies. Very well priced. Will stay again.

− I have 21 points of improvement. Spartan and sub minimal does not cover the description of this property. Dryer was not working The tv remote was not working The toaster was not working Considering this was a 2 bedroom place, it actually catered for maximum of 2 people No bedside lamps or tables in 2nd bedroom as well as no handwash or shampoo in 2nd bathroom. Master bedroom 1 bedside lamp Crockery, glassware , cookware insufficient. No coffee table or side tables in lounge area, we placed our drinkware on a cutting board on lounge No coffee pods, empty pods left in machine. No draining pad No tissues , or milk on arrival , pantry items all 6 months out of date. Towels poor quality, no pile Very dirty balcony, surfaces, toaster not cleaned( also faulty) Wet towels left in linen cupboard. This place is the worst I’ve stayed in and I’m seriously considering of changing my options regarding booking.com. Every purchase came from Kmart, the bath mats were filthy. This place should not be let out to unsuspecting clients.

− Needs a good clean - hair in shower drain in ensuite, sink in ensuite takes a long time to drain. Needs a bit more attention paid to cleaning.
