Very enjoyable, lovely apartment in a really nice modern secure apartment block

This is a lovely apartment in a great spot. Unfortunately it was not clean or reasonably maintained.
6.0− The codes we were given for the check in was incorrect, this was corrected after a phone call. This is a lovely property in a great spot. Unfortunately it was not clean or reasonably maintained. There is mold in the grout in the showers, the bathroom floor grout is really dirty. There were wet towel in the dryer. The mattress in the bed we used is really tired. One of the towels left for us had a hole in it. The kitchen was not clean and the kitchen floor is stained. The couch had dirty marks. Some of the cupboards/draws are broken. The television in the bedroom is not working and we were unable to access free to air TV on the one in living room.
Great apartment- poor mattresses and sleep quality as a result

− The beds had poor quality mattresses and you could feel the springs - slept very badly. This is the third time we have stayed in the apartment and the previous mattresses were really good quality - why cheap and nasty ones now?

− Bathroom cleanliness. Only 3 chairs at the breakfast bar for four people (no other table) I couldn't actually hang anything in the wardrobe. All the hanging rails were too hire and I am five foot two. Same for kitchen cupboards. Perhaps a step stool could have been provided. The preparation was lacking in TLC
