I loved the location and the large space. Everything in the house was working and had enough rooms to accommodate everyone. The area is very quiet which creates a serene atmosphere for rest.

The house is very spacious and feels at home. Near to shops. Parking is good for at least 2 cars and free road park during the weekend. The owner is very approachable and friendly. Easy to access any concerns.

− Need a bit of renovation, but the owner is aware and will do renovation.

Great Location, Poor Service!

Super location with quick access to transport links both under and overground. Situated in a quiet suburban street with quick access to shops and restaurants. Property is large and spacious and a perfect space for large parties. The garden gym room was a hit with the younger members of the party, albeit a little tired.

− The property could have done with a deep clean. One of the beds was unusable and smelt of wee! This was replaced on the second of our two night stay but we had to make do with one less bed than people staying on our first night! Whilst booking for full occupancy the property hadn't been set up for the number of guest booked which required a call to the ower and a late night visit to drop off additional bedding...some we found appeared damp. There wasn't enough pillows for guest (or for anyone to have more than one pillow) and a number of the rooms didn't have curtains that covered all windows! One of the double beds had a mattress that was so worn the springs we're visible. Kitchen is lacking in equipment for somewhere that is supposed to accommodate so many people could do with extra bowls, cups and plates etc as well as utensils. Wost of all we were offered (in writing) a £100 refund to compensate for the issues only for nothing to be received and now being ghosted by the owners.

− Sehr marode alles- angefangen mit der Türklinke der Haustür, die man direkt erst einmal in der Hand hatte...man sollte sich nicht auf die Fotos verlassen - Fitnessraum und Billardtisch sind absolut desolat und nicht benutzbar...auch die Küchenausrüstung ist nicht auf 18 sondern 9 Personen ausgerichtet: es gibt zum Beispiel nur 9 Gabeln - blöd, wenn man mit 14 Leuten essen möchte....
